Welcome to QuickOne. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickOne website and mobile application. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts and Registration
To use our services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
2. VTU Services (Airtime, Data, Bills)
Service Availability
While we strive to provide 24/7 service, QuickOne does not guarantee that Airtime, Data, or Bill payment services will be available at all times. Service may be subject to delays or failures caused by network providers (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile) or electricity distribution companies.
Refunds
If a transaction fails but your wallet is debited, our system is designed to automatically reverse the payment instantly. If a reversal does not occur within 24 hours, you must contact support. We do not offer refunds for Airtime or Data sent to the wrong phone number provided by you.
3. Mining Rewards Program (Loyalty Points)
Note: The term "Mining" used within the application refers to a gamified loyalty point system and not cryptocurrency generation.
Nature of Rewards
The QuickOne "Mining" feature is a simulated loyalty reward program. It involves a user claiming daily points through activity. It does not utilize your device's hardware (CPU or GPU) for cryptocurrency mining, nor does it consume excessive battery power.
The rewards earned are virtual points used solely within the QuickOne ecosystem for VTU services. These points have no cash value outside of the QuickOne platform and cannot be transferred to external wallets.
Value and Redemption
We reserve the right to determine the conversion rate of these points to the "Spendable Wallet" (Naira) for use in purchasing Airtime and Data. We may change the daily earning rate or withdrawal limits at any time without prior notice.
Fair Use Policy
Any attempt to use automation, bots, script injections, or multiple fake accounts to exploit the reward system will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account and forfeiture of all accumulated rewards/points.
4. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Fraudulent money laundering activities.
- Funding accounts with stolen credit cards or hacked bank accounts.
- Reselling our services in a manner that violates the terms of the network providers.
- Interfering with or disrupting the security of the application.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickOne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes to these Terms, we will post the revised Terms on the QuickOne platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy.
